Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, property town or county, property type and message. You may also provide a phone number, availability, equipment details and number of properties. Please do not send passwords, door codes, payment details or access credentials.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to contact you, assess service fit, prepare proposals and manage follow-up or agreed services. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Storage and service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel and hosted inquiries are stored using Turso. Authorized KyberNet operators review inquiries through a local work desk. Inquiry summaries may also be delivered to our business inbox using Resend and handled through Google Workspace when email notifications are enabled. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Work notes and backups may be retained separately from the website.
Website requests and cookies
Our hosting service receives technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. The form uses limited request information to reduce repeated or abusive submissions. The website does not currently add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Protected review deployments may use the hosting provider's access-control cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site.
Retention and your requests
How long we keep information depends on the inquiry, any resulting service work and record-keeping needs. Contact william@kybernet.tech to ask about your information or request access, correction or removal. Include your inquiry reference if available. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information needed for ongoing work or record-keeping. Backup copies may remain until replaced or removed.
Service-specific information
This notice covers website inquiries. Any additional handling of network or property-system information is addressed in the applicable service agreement. We update this notice when our practices change.
