Recommendations and additional work
Hardware, cabling, travel, configuration changes and ongoing management depend on the agreed scope. Any assessment credit toward managed service is confirmed in the written proposal.
Ongoing support
Availability, response expectations and covered devices are set out in your service agreement. This website does not promise round-the-clock support, uninterrupted internet or a particular business outcome.
Security-related equipment
Where included, camera and critical-device services concern network connectivity and device health. They do not include live security monitoring or emergency dispatch.
